First-class mail is not forwarded after 12 months, so any records with a move date older than 12 months will be returned to you as "Moved, Forwarding Order Expired". If you to someone who has moved without filling a change of address with the post office, then this mail piece will be returned to you as "Moved, No Forwarding Order".
